The PreFree App is a prescription application for pregnant women with signs and symptoms of a hypertensive pregnancy disorder. With the help of the PreFree app, like in a diary, disease-specific symptoms and vital functions can be saved. In addition, the stored information can be shared with the attending physician in preparation for an upcoming doctors visit. In addition, the additional data collected allow the attending physician to obtain a better overview of the course of the disease and the individual risk of his patient. In this way, the doctor should be supported in finding the best individual therapy and recommendation for each pregnant woman. In this way, the clinical management of pregnant women at risk for a hypertensive pregnancy disorder such as preeclampsia is to be optimized.At the moment, it is only possible for doctors registered with the PreFree doctor application to treat pregnant women with the above Inviting risk to use the PreFree app. Registered doctors can use the PreFree doctor application to create an individual case file and save all relevant examination results there. Clinical data, test results and preeclampsia-related information are entered in the case file and displayed in an intuitive graphical manner, including a dashboard view for faster interpretation. With each hospital visit, the case record can be updated, clinically important changes highlighted and previously collected data made available.The data collected by the PreFree app is stored on an internal Charité server and is only accessible to employees with the appropriate authorization.Important: The use of PreFree does not replace a doctors visit and is only intended to support the regular treatment prescribed by a specialist during pregnancy.PreFree is compliant with medical data protection. No data is stored on the mobile device and offline use is not possible.
